The location was excellent and easy to find, close to the lake.

The room was fairly clean.

Nice balcony, beautiful view, very quiet, decent room, has a spa , breakfast included

Perfect little place! Big room with our own bathroom. Best continental breakfast I've seen. You had toast, bagels, creton, creamcheese, cereals, coffee, muffins, teas, juices, so much to choose from! There's also a shared spa you can reserve for your own room so no need to sit with strangers! Beautiful view of the river. There was even a place for people to jump in! Best place of my whole vacations.

the Location on the river was pretty. The staff were very helpful in locking our bikes away in a safe indoor location. Lovely outdoor patio to eat at. Breakfast was ok due to Covid 19 .

The location across the lake was beautiful. The system for the breakfast to keep.up.safe for the covid was perfect and efficient.

The Staff was very friendly and my concerns were resolved within the day I brought them forward. Hotel was quiet and bed was comfortable.

The zoo de Saint-Flicien was really nice.

We had a long drive and I was worried that we wont be able to get in. They left the door for us open and made sure we find our key and all the necessary info. We felt welcomed and expected. Clean room and bath, comfortable bed.

Good location, close to main road and the river.
